We value your privacy. All information received on our sites will remain confidential and not used for spam or other advertising.

    You have 15 days from the date you receive your boot to request an exchange or refund. Because we drop ship your order directly from the manufacturer, our policy is regulated by the Manufacturer's policy. We are allowed to return an order once for an exchange of size/style without penalty from the boot manufacturer, but this does require you pay shipping back to the boot company.  We pay to have the replacement shipped to you.  There may be additional shipping fees for any further exchanges.  If a boot is returned for a refund for any reason other than warranty problems, there is a $15 restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made the mistake or it's a warranty return.

  If a boot is being returned, it must be in it's original packaging with all the tags and not show any signs of wear, so please try them on in a carpeted area so the soles stay nice and clean. 

Return Authorization -- If a return is necessary, please contact us by email at returns@boots99.com so we can furnish you a return authorization number   (RA)  to place on the package and the  correct address to which the boot is to be returned.  When emailing for an RA number,  include your name, boot brand and style and the email address you used on your original order so we can locate you in our system.  If the boot is returned without a return authorization number, it could be refused by the manufacturer and returned to you postage due or it could end up stuck in some warehouse and forgotten!  So please, email for a RA number.  Normally, this is a very smooth process, the only snags occur when packages arrive at a manufacturer's  facility without a return authorization number. Credit is not issued until the boot shows up as "returned to inventory".  

 We try very hard to do a very good job, but mistakes do happen.  We will make every effort to solve any problem which might pop up and ask that you give us that chance. We're not happy if your not happy!

By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to our sales, shipping and return policies as outlined below. Our policies cover all orders received through any of our websites, as well as orders received by fax, email or telephone.

 

RETURN POLICY:

All returns need a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please note the order may need to be returned to an address different than shown on the shipping label.

If you need to return an item, please email returns@boots99.com  within 30 days for the correct return shipping address and a return authorization number. You then have an additional 60 days to complete the return before the return number expires and a new number will need to be issued.  Products returned without a RA number, an expired RA#, or shipped to the incorrect return facility, results in lengthy delays and accumulate additional shipping charges which are the customerís responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. If shipping to a street address in the contiguous USA, the 1st exchange is shipped at no additional cost. Subsequent exchanges do require additional shipping charges. Exchange(s) shipped to an address outside the contiguous USA, or to APO/FPO locations and PO Boxes do requires additional shipping fees.

All returns must be in their original packaging, have all tags and show no signs of wear, especially on the soles if returning footwear, and must be returnable to inventory as new/unworn or no exchange or refund can be issued and they will be returned to sender.

Footwear returned for a refund is subject to a $15 per pair restocking fee. All other products returned for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.

If you received an incorrect item or flawed merchandise, you will be issued a pre-paid return label.

   GENERAL SALES POLICY:

Our websites are not in "real time". If you want to check the availability of a brand/style/size before placing an order, please contact us at sales@boots99.com and you will be sent the most current information available.

Although, we may have your order drop-shipped directly from the distributor and/or manufacturer, you are purchasing from Outdoor Country.  The only information shared with the shipping facility is the shipping address and the product, style and size they are to ship.  All orders, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed by Outdoor Country. 

Most items ship by FedEx or UPS Ground at a reduced rate of $6.95. Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, and HI, US Territory or International addresses are shipped Priority/Insured by the United States Postal Service at a different rate.  Please email for a shipping quote on those type orders. Orders that will need to be shipped by the USPS are handled differently and take an additional 10-15 days to ship.

All communication(s) concerning an order or return will be sent to the email address furnished on your order form. If you do not receive your order confirmation or a reply to your return request in 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, check your spam folder.

 INFORMATION CONCERNING CANCELLATIONS:

Most of our orders are drop-shipped directly from the boot companies' facilities. Once the order/exchange request has been sent to their fulfillment center, it cannot be canceled. The delivery will need to be completed and the order will need to be returned under return policy guidelines.  Please do not refuse the shipment. There are additional service charges and shipping fees assessed by the shipping service and the distributors on any order returned to them because it was either refused or unable to be delivered as addressed.

 

INFORMATION CONCERNING UNDELIVERABLE AND/OR REFUSED DELIVERIES:

 

There are additional fees and shipping charges on shipments that are refused, cannot be delivered to the address furnished on the order form, or if a signature cannot be obtained on "signature required" shipments.  These fees will be deducted from the refund or charged before re-shipment.

 

INFORMATION CONCERNING SIGNATURE REQUIRED SHIPMENTS:

 

Due to the requirements of some credit card companies, orders shipping to a 3rd party or an apartment complex will be shipped signature required. If your order is shipped with a signature required, that will be noted in the sales receipt which is emailed once your order has been processed. Someone will need to be present to sign for the delivery. If a signature cannot be obtained on the first attempt, you will be notified by email and will need to make arrangements with the shipping service to complete the delivery. The shipping service will make 3 attempts to complete the delivery before returning to the shipper.
